Innovative residential apartments are in need of a fantastic Temporary Reception/Administrator to provide a first-class service to the residents.
This is a fresh and exciting company to work for where customer service and community building is the focus!
Duties:
First point of contact for the residents
Parcel Management: to be responsible for all deliveries to main reception, by receiving, safekeeping and issuing of all parcels/registered mail
Handling general enquiries such as queries, complaints and maintenance requests
Co-ordinate, instruct and allow access for services to the development, such as for utility companies, refuse collection, deliveries, repairs and maintenance.
Conduct apartment inventories
Administration: updating the database, referencing tenants, invoicing
Requirements:
Previous Front Desk/Reception/Concierge experience
Administraton skills
Outstanding customer service
Professional, enthusiastic, hardworking
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to work independently and on own initiative
Attention to detail
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
