Title: Business Development Manager - Social Housing
Location: Leeds
Salary: £55,000 plus bonus
Key Benefits
Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Bonus (subject to achieving targets and company performance)

Role & Responsibilities
Selling a housing solution to housing associations, local authorities
Develop contacts and use existing relationships to secure work.
Attend meetings to showcase the product
Provide technical advice on the projects
Liaise with the commercial team to submit tenders and follow up

Required Knowledge & Experience
Previous experience in construction business development
Preferably within the social housing / local authority sectors
Sound technical knowledge and good IT skills
Full UK driving license.
