An established manufacturer of security entry systems based in Birmingham requires a service and installations administrator.
Duties:
* Allocation of resources to ensure all installations are completed on time, to include people, equipment, equipment hire, and vehicles.
* Implement, communicate, control and monitor the installation schedule, review and adjust the schedule where needed.
* Utilise the problem reporting software for effective reporting and resolution of any issues.
* Organise and schedule post installation activities such as repairs and call outs.
* Responsible for maintaining service agreements on an annual basis and booking service visits when due.
* Ensure all site paperwork is completed correctly by the installations teams.
* Manage and organise company vehicles to ensure they have appropriate tax, MOT, servicing, and insurance.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years in an administration role within a manufacturing company.
* Good Microsoft office skills.
Hours:
* 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
