This is a primary SLD school that teaches children from EYFS-KS2 with a wide range of additional needs. The school is fully kitted out with excellent facilities to support the pupils sensory needs, including various sensory rooms, soft play and a swimming pool.

They are looking for someone who:

Experience within SEN as either a teaching assistant or support worker
Strong understanding of autism, and how to adapt lessons to meet individual needs
Is dedicated, professional and passionately demonstrates their commitment to pupils and SEN techniques.
has the skills to work across different departments to help improve student performance;
is motivated and enthusiastic;
is resourceful and innovative;
actively want to develop their teaching qualities;
has first-rate communication and organisational skills;
has the potential to lead teams and develop staff.You must;

Be comfortable with performing personal care
Be a team player and collaborate with all other class staff
