Package: £65,000 - £80,000 

Overview

Skilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor within the refurbishemnt/ cladding /social housing sector, and they are a company that prides themselves on keeping a family feel within the business.

This is a Main Contractor who due to an incredible amount of new work are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team and lead on their new social housing/ cladding projects in the North London area.

Duties

You will be focusing and leading on facade, Cladding and Planned Works.

Procurement of supply chain and placing orders

Assessing and processing supply chain payment

Produce commercial reports both internally and external to the company.

Ensure all contractual processes are completed on time.

Requirements

Social Housing experience required

Cladding/ facade experience desired

Degree Qualified

Main Contractor experience

Full UK Driver’s Licence
