Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a Yardhand to join their team in Dumbarton. This hands-on role involves loading and unloading gas cylinders, maintaining the yard, filling cylinders, and ensuring the safe handling and storage of materials. The Yardhand will also assist with inventory management, routine equipment inspections, and compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Loading, unloading, and handling gas cylinders safely
✅ Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe yard environment
✅ Filling gas cylinders and ensuring proper storage procedures
✅ Performing routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
✅ Assisting with inventory management and stock control
✅ Adhering to all health and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

? Experience in material handling and equipment management
? Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
? Good physical stamina for manual labor tasks
? Experience with inventory management and yard maintenance
? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
? Team player with strong communication skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Experience in the gas or related industry is a plus
