Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting the learning of students.

Provide one-on-one support for students with additional learning needs.

Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.

Support students in their academic, emotional, and social development.

Supervise students during breaks, lunch, and extracurricular activities.

*

Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.

Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback where necessary.

The Ideal Candidate:

A passion for working with young people and helping them reach their full potential.

*

Experience in a classroom or educational setting is preferred but not essential.

*

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

*

A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to supporting students.

*

Relevant qualifications such as a Teaching Assistant qualification (TA Level 2 or 3) would be an advantage.
