We are helping our client find the best Welder/Fabricators in and around the Stoke on Trent area, there are 2 available positions in the team and you must be able to work off your own initiative without the need for constant guidance.

The ideal candidates will have considerable experience and take great pride in their workmanship, considering the bespoke nature of what you are helping to build this is critically important. Each project is unique and takes months to complete with approximately 10 units completed each year.

The ideal candidates will also enjoy passing on their knowledge and expertise to others in the team, helping to develop and nurture new professionals.

If you are looking for a change, want to work on projects that you can take great pride in seeing the finished article and have a drive to improve your own skills then this position is perfect for you!.

Prefferred candidates will have more than 2 years experience, be happy to provide references from current and previous employers, and to put it bluntly you need to be really good at what you do.

The Salary quoted is a guide and fully negotiable based on experience.
