Looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading client on the South Coast.

This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 5-10 years experience, primarily from a client-side background (not main contractor).

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage residential projects (houses and flats), covering circa 70- 80% of the role. The remainder will be commercial projects including offices, retail, PBSA, hospitability etc

* Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

* Act as Employer’s Agent under JCT Design & Build contracts.

* Administer various JCT contracts (both traditional and D&B).

* Handle contract administration effectively, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Requirements:

* A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in project management.

* Strong background in residential projects (70-80% of role).

* Proven experience delivering projects valued between £1m - £30m.

* Solid knowledge of JCT contracts and experience as an Employer’s Agent.

* Ideally MCIOB or MRICS qualified (not essential).

* Excellent contract administration skills.
