Job Title: Senior Planner (Policy)

About the Role:
As a Senior Planner, you will work on a wide range of exciting projects, including those for landowners, developers, promoters, and the public sector. Your main responsibilities will include completing planning applications, with a particular focus on Local Plan Promotions. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver planning applications across a variety of sectors
Focus on Local Plan Promotions and related strategic planning work
Work alongside landowners, developers, promoters, and the public sector
Provide expert advice on planning policies and proceduresSkills & Qualifications:

MRTPI qualified or eligible for membership
Strong experience in planning and policy development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
