Salary: £52,500 to £57,500 plus monthly car allowance of £400 and up to 17.5% annual bonus

What you'll be doing;

Manage site team and coordinate mechanical/electrical activities

Execute maintenance, calibration, and equipment optimization programs

Lead engineering technical support team to ensure equipment reliability and availability

Direct operations team for key environmental systems (e.g., WFI water, air handling, steam supply)

Manage on-site sub-contractor activities and commercial relationships

Develop and implement long-term strategic plans in collaboration with the client

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP requirements, and site procedures

Report key KPIs on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Maintain and update training curricula for team members, ensuring technical qualifications

Oversee budgetary management, cost control, and financial forecasting

What we're looking for;

Management experience in an industrial utilities environment

Demonstrable Health & Safety experience

Operating within a regulated environment.

Excellent PC Skills & ability to develop and deliver presentations at both client and internal levels.

Maintenance and troubleshooting experience of industrial utilities
