Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer required to join a global leading engineering manufacturer of industrial gear boxes.
 
Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer will work remotely covering South UK, responsible for generating new business opportunities, selling industrial gearboxes and solutions for EV powertrain and racing vehicles into multiple industries
 
Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer will ideally have experience selling, servicing or managing accounts for industrial products such as gearboxes, power transmission, hydraulics, motors, electric motors, seals, bearings, gaskets or similar electromechanical products  

Package –

£40,000-£50,000 depending on experience
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer Role

Work remotely covering South UK, responsible for generating new business opportunities, selling industrial gearboxes and solutions for EV powertrain and racing vehicles into multiple industries
Maintaining new Hydraulic, power transmission and related industrial sales with demonstration, exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling industrial gearboxes and associated products
Working closely with the service department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided.
Liaise with various engineering departments
Homebased, willingness to cover the UK and occasional international travel. 
Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer Requirements

Experience as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer or similar within relevant industrial sectors
Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable Mechanical Engineering company.
Knowledge of Hydraulic products such as Gearboxes, Pumps, Flanges, Seals, Motors, couplings and similar Fluid Power / mechanical engineering equipment would be advantageous.
Experience selling or servicing within the automotive, aerospace, defence, off-highway, motorbike, motorsport, ideally within manufacturing
Service engineer working on industrial gearboxes looking to transition into a sales role are encouraged to apply
Full clean driving license.
Willingness to travel to the office near Maidenhead at least 3 days a week during the initial training period
