In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering team, ensuring work is efficiently coordinated and delegated to minimize plant downtime. Your leadership will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations.

The Role:
* Lead the Mechanical Maintenance Team within a manufacturing environment, ensuring production down-time is minimized
* 4 on 4 off shift pattern | 42 Hours | 5am - 5pm
