Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire

A leading secondary school in Northampton is looking for a passionate Teacher of History to join their team in January 2025. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring students’ interest in history.

The successful applicant will teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to contribute to A-Level classes. You will play a key role in developing students' critical thinking skills, encouraging them to engage with historical events, figures, and movements. The school seeks someone who can deliver engaging lessons and make history relevant to students’ lives today.

This position is open to experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). You will be supported in your professional development through regular CPD opportunities. The school also offers a positive working environment, where teachers are valued and collaboration is encouraged.
