Building Services Commercial Manager - National Tier 1 Main Contractor

Partnering with a National Tier 1 Main Contractor we are recruiting a Building Services Commercial Manager to be apart of this builders 150+ year track record.

Role:

We are looking for a candidate who commercially lives and breath's the MEP aspect of construction, bringing an in depth knoweldge to the team. The team has a position opening for an expereinced candidate to come in and be a subject expert working across MEP packages on major projects across Health, Life & Science, Industrial and Commercial works upto £150m.

You will ideally come from a major MEP subcontractor where you have built up a strong understanding of what goes into pricing, procurement and delivery of MEP packages.
