Overview
The role of Commercial Account Handler is to provide support to the Small Business Team, handling Insurance client emails and insurer queries. Responsible for dealing with incoming emails, diary entries, calling insurers to chase for renewal terms and answer client queries, Provide excellent and efficient service to a range of commercial clients. Please note that this will be a home based position.
Responsibilities
Provide a responsive service with a spectrum of commercial insurance policies.
Deal with all general client queries and inviting renewals keeping accurate client records and files at all times
Build a good working relationship with Commercial Team and the wider business
Establish rapport with our panel of insurers
To work within FCA rules and guidance
To produce accurate and timely documents for all aspects of insurance needs
To keep accurate client records and files at all times
To build a good working relationship with the clients Account Executive and the wider client team
Grow account with NB, Renewal and MTA
To maintain own competence and training hours as required for professional development
Where applicable, to adhere to Company processes with regard to FCA compliance and Treating Customers Fairly; To ensure that DPA, FCA, TCF and other regulatory requirements are me
Skills
Ability to work towards targets
Work as a team but also independently due to being a home based role
Excellent customer service skills
High level of attention to detail
Qualifications
Open GI experience essential.
Commercial Insurance experience preferred but not essential, all training will be provided
