The company are a multi-site consultancy with a full focus on building structures. They work on a broad range of building structures projects ranging in value from £5m to £30m, with their sweet spot for project value around the £10m mark. Projects are varied across education, medical, universities, supermarket and on-spec developer work. They have an inclusive and supportive team culture with a focus on delivering for both their clients as well as their staff.

They are seeking a Senior structural engineer or an Associate structural Engineer who will be charged with managing projects, liaising with clients and architects whilst managing internal resources and maintaining a hands on approach to their engineering. They will be comfortable working on larger scales projects of both a new build and refurbishment nature.

The incoming engineer will have the scope to contribute to the business, becoming commercially involved if desired along with the management and direction of the projects and practice. Full support will continue to be given for professional development for this business critical appointment.
