BMS Service Engineer

Location: London & Hertfordshire
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) + car allowance, 25 days holiday, training & progression, pension, insurances + more
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS), with a focus on Trend, Tridium, and Siemens systems. Experience with Distech systems would be advantageous.
Attend to service calls and provide on-site technical support for clients, ensuring systems are running efficiently.
Work collaboratively with the service team and provide updates on job progress, reporting on any issues and solutions.
Travel across the London & Hertfordshire  with occasional trips outside of this area if required (though not on a regular basis).
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years working within the BMS industry, with hands-on experience in Trend, Tridium, Siemens, and ideally Distech systems.
License: Must hold a clean UK driving licence, as the role involves regular travel to client sites.
Flexibility: Willingness to work out of hours when required and participate in the call-out rota.
Location: Preferably based within or surrounding London
