Sphere Solutions are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of two industrial units into a new manufacturing area with additional office space and a canteen. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a £2.2 million project in Bristol for a leading contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project runs on schedule and within budget.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

Maintain high standards of health and safety on-site.

Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.

Provide regular progress reports to the project management team.

Lead and motivate the site team to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction sector, ideally on industrial refurbishment projects.

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications – essential.

*

Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and quality management.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth project delivery.
