The Role

Collaborate with diverse teams to define, analyse, and validate requirements, driving high-quality and innovative project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and align system requirements with project goals.

* Utilise advanced tools to track and maintain traceability of requirements across the project lifecycle.

* Analyse and validate requirements to ensure they are comprehensive, feasible, and of exceptional quality.

* Contribute to design reviews and assess how requirements influence system architecture and functionality.

* Prioritise and manage requirement changes to adapt to evolving project needs.

* Integrate requirements into broader systems engineering processes and facilitate communication across disciplines.

* Attend internal and external meetings to provide expert input and shape project direction.

* Maintain thorough documentation in line with operational procedures and industry best practice.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

* A bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

* Demonstrable experience managing requirements in complex systems engineering projects.

* Proficiency with industry-standard requirements management tools and methodologies.

* Strong analytical skills for validating and optimising system requirements.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable:

* Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).

* Familiarity with industry standards relevant to systems engineering and requirements management.
