Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with a national award-winning client in their search for an experienced and knowledgeable People Advisor.  

You will be part of a very inclusive HR Team and managed by a supportive People Manager. The business has grown considerably in the last year owing to a recent business acquisition and the number of employees has almost doubled to circa 1100.

This role’s primary focus will be managing an ER caseload, with absence management, reasonable adjustments, conduct and performance management. You will be working alongside another People Advisor to manage the caseload. You will need to work proactively and coach, train and support the Line Managers in the business, who have differing levels of ability and responsibilities. 

As an HR professional you will also have other generalist HR responsibilities. 

The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified and as a person you will be able to work with competing priorities, be an excellent communicator, be resilient, have great stakeholder skills and embrace change.

This is a fully home-based role but there will be occasional travel approximately every other month to sites in the Midlands.

In return, our client is offering up to £39,000, depending on experience and further benefits.

The hours for this role are 37.5hrs per week; 4 days a week at 7.5hrs a day between 9am and 5pm and 1 day a week of 7am to 3pm.
