Trainee Car Parts Advisor Required

* Main Dealer based in Medway

* Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM - 5.30PM - No Weekends!

* Starting Basic Salary circa £Min Wage

* Full brand training/ support provided

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Car Parts Advisor to join a well-established main dealer in Medway, Kent. This is the perfect role for someone eager to develop their skills and grow within a leading dealership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting customers with parts inquiries, both in person and over the phone.

*

Learning how to identify, source, and order vehicle parts.

*

Supporting the service and workshop teams with their parts requirements.

*

Managing stock control and ensuring accurate inventory records.

*

Providing excellent customer service to trade and retail customers.

A keen interest in the automotive industry and a desire to learn.

Great communication skills and attention to detail.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a team.

*

Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential).

A positive attitude and willingness to undergo training.
