Based in Colchester with a competitive salary of £30,000 - £36,000

Key Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:

* Identify and capitalise on strategic commercial growth opportunities

* Set, monitor, and exceed business and KPI targets

* Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client service

* Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients

* Re-engage with inactive accounts to unlock potential revenue streams

* Work closely with Marketing to develop and implement effective sales campaigns

* Ensure CRM and IT systems are maintained with accurate and up-to-date information

* Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards

* Establish performance benchmarks and drive continuous improvement within the team
