Job Title: EYFS Teacher
Location: Banbury, OX16
Start Date: After Easter
Contract: Part-time (4 days a week - Tuesday to Friday)
Rate: £162.31 - £223.63 per day

Monarch Education is thrilled to offer a wonderful opportunity for an EYFS Teacher to join a 'Good' Ofsted-rated school in the heart of Banbury, North Oxfordshire. The school provides a warm and happy learning environment, where children are supported to thrive and develop.

This is a part-time role, with hours from Tuesday to Friday, where you will be expected to manage planning and marking, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Assess and monitor children's progress, tracking their development and providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.

Foster a positive, nurturing learning environment where children can grow in confidence and ability.

Plan and mark work, ensuring all lesson plans meet the needs of all pupils.

Ensure that safeguarding and child welfare is at the forefront of your teaching practice.

Collaborate with colleagues to support the children's academic and personal development.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching EYFS and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.

Passionate about creating an inclusive, stimulating, and supportive learning environment for young children.

Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage marking and feedback effectively.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A commitment to the welfare and development of all children.
