Client Relationship Executive
WFH x2 days per week
Role Overview: We are seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join this small team on a remote basis with occasion travel to London.
In this role, you will work closely with their Product Manager to build and maintain positive relationships with their clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction and support the successful use of their products.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
* Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts at each client.
* Conduct regular online meetings with clients to discuss their needs and provide support.
* Triage and respond to client queries promptly and effectively.
* Identify and communicate client needs in collaboration with our Product Manager.
* Document client interactions and contact information in the appropriate internal CRM systems.
Support and Documentation:
* Contribute to the online user manual documentation of the system.
Requirements:
* Familiarity with business schools, ideally demonstrated by obtaining an undergraduate
* Ability to work with Zoom and Teams.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
* Ability to work flexibly during the work week, depending on client availability.
Additional Information:
Client Base and Working Hours:
* Most clients are based in the UK and Europe, so UK office hours apply.
* Meetings with international clients outside Europe may occasionally require scheduling outside of UK office hours.
* Occasional travel in person to London for team meetings is required
