We are currently looking for a Laboratory Analyst to join a company in Cambridgeshire.

The role:

As a Laboratory Analyst you will carry out a range of chemistry analysis using techniques such as GC, GC-MS and HPLC.

Duties include:

* Set up and run various experiments to test different samples.

* Carry out GC, GC-MS, GC-FID and HPLC analysis.

* Follow SOPs and ensure work is carried out to UKAS and ISO 17025 guidelines.

* Perform instrument calibrations and troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates will be degree qualified in a Chemistry subject and have experience of one of the following techniques HPLC, LC-MS, GC OR GC-MS.

Some previous working as an Analytical Chemist is highly desirable
