This hybrid opportunity offers the chance to work closely with senior management to craft high-quality, persuasive proposals that showcase the company’s strengths and expertise in the industry.
The Role: As a Senior Bid Writer, you will play a pivotal role in producing impactful, high-quality bid documents that align with the client’s brand identity and project requirements. You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Commercial, Project, and Managing Directors, gaining key insights to develop proposals that demonstrate the company’s capabilities.

Hybrid working model: Primarily home-based with occasional travel to company locations as required. About You: To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

Proven Experience: At least 2 years of bid writing experience or in a related field, with a solid portfolio of successful submissions.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as expertise in other Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel).
Exceptional Communication: Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, persuasive manner, with a proven record of working with stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and consistency, ensuring all proposals meet client specifications and uphold brand standards.
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing project demands.
Strategic Insight: An understanding of industry trends and client needs, enabling the creation of relevant, impactful proposals.
