A prestigious care provider in Leyburn, Yorkshire, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Registered Manager to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary between £35,000, to  £45,000 per annum (DOE), plus a 10% performance-related bonus, reflecting the value placed on exceptional leadership and results.

In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will benefit from a balanced work schedule, with Monday to Thursday in the office and the flexibility of hybrid working on Fridays. This structure supports a healthy work-life balance, allowing for both professional fulfilment and personal well-being.

The Domiciliary Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the domiciliary care service, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered. Key responsibilities include managing and supporting a team of care staff, maintaining compliance with CQC regulations, and developing care plans tailored to individual client needs.

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

Holds a clean UK driving license with access to own car.
Proven experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care or a similar setting.
A thorough understanding of CQC regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
A relevant qualification in health and social care, such as NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
