A brand new opportunity has been created for a Building Control Surveyor to join our clients team based in Greater Manchester (minimum RBI 2A) on a long running contract basis.

The Role:

This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plans and site assessment services on both Domestic and/or Commercial schemes (RBI dependent) The nature of your working is entirely flexible, whether you want to work from home or the office (hybrid available). You will be joining a great team under a dynamic manager, where workload is carefully managed to ensure each Surveyor has a sustainable work-life balance.

* £55- £65/hr DOE

* Initial 6 – 12 month rolling contract

* Outside IR35 a possibility

* Full or part time available
