The Learning & Development Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating training programs that support the growth and development of employees.

The ideal candidate will be commercially aware and able to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, connecting and collaborating with other areas of the global business.

Above all, a strategic mindset and passion for people development are key to excelling in this role.
