Role: Corporate Solicitor
Seniority: 2 years PQE +
Location: Stratford-Upon-Avon / Birmingham
Salary: Guide £45,000 - £60,000 DOE

Here at Simpson Judge we are looking to speak with experienced Corporate Solicitors with broad experience across M&A markets, who may be looking to move into a Senior Associate position due to natural internal growth and development in the team and firm as a whole.

Our client is a strong and reputable firm who are seeking to continue their growth plans as they began life as a small regional firm and seen them develop into a household name with in the legal field. They are looking to continue developing and growing and now is your chance to join their thriving Corporate team in either Stratford-Upon-avon or in central Birmingham.

Your ideal qualities and experience:
* Qualified Solicitor or Executive with at least 2 years of experience in Corporate law.
* Prior experience working on;
* Joint Ventures.
* Succession Planning.
* Banking & Finance.
* Management buy-ins & buy-outs.
* Acquisitions & disposal or shares.
* Business structures.
* Personable.
* Able to work well using own initiative
* Pro-active and driven
* Strong ICT skills
