Job Title: Operations Administrator
Location: Billinghurst
Salary: £27,500 - £28,500
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5pm.
About the Role:
We're looking for an Operations Administrator to support the sales team with administration. You need a high attention to detail with a great communication skills.
Operations Administrator Responsibilities:
Sales order processing from initial order input through to invoicing and despatch
Dealing with telephone and email queries, both internal and customer based
Purchase orders
Ad hoc administrative tasks
Invoice processingThe ideal Operations Administrator Requirements:
Experienced administrator
High attention to detail with great communication skills
Interpersonal skills
