Key Responsibilities:

* Validation of Planning Applications: Validate planning applications of various types and sizes for the planning team.

* Process Improvement: Review current processes and procedures, leveraging your expertise to recommend and implement improvements.

* Training: Train two new Planning Technicians on the validation of planning applications.

* Office Presence: Be present in the office three days a week to facilitate the training of new Planning Technicians
