Practice Nurse Opportunity – Part-Time Role in Chesham

The Role:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join a welcoming and supportive team. Working closely within a multidisciplinary team, this role covers essential nursing services over two or three days.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage chronic conditions (diabetes, respiratory, cardiovascular)

* Perform wound care, vaccinations (child & adult), cervical smears

* Provide health promotion, travel advice, and family planning support

* Engage in infection control and uphold practice policies and standards

This thriving practice serves a diverse patient base of 13,000+ in Chesham. It boasts modern, purpose-built facilities close to the town centre, with ample parking and an on-site pharmacy. The practice is well-connected via the Metropolitan Line, linking directly to London, and consistently ranks as a top practice in the area.

Requirements:

* RCN registration and qualified practice nurse
