They are open to seeing candidates without payroll experience, who have a strong interest in getting into payroll, and a strong ability to take on new information and processes. Description

Assist in the end to end payroll process for
Ensure new starter and leaver information is uploaded and accurate
Address payroll-related queries from staff
Work closely with HR to ensure all payroll changes are reflected accurately
Prepare payroll reports for management as required
Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies
Participate in audits related to payroll
Support with other finance-related tasks as requiredProfile

A successful Payroll Assistant should have:

Previous experience in a similar payroll role is preferred but not essential
Background in accounts or strong interest in getting into the payroll industry
Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in using payroll software and MS ExcelJob Offer

A competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £28,000 per year
A fully office-based role with free street parking available
