Patient Services Advisors

Our client is a forward thinking GP surgery with modern premises in Langley Green, Crawley. They are now looking for Patient Services Advisors to join their friendly and welcoming team on a full time or part time basis.

This role is very varied and interesting, and requires:

* Good I.T and administrative skills

* The ability to remain calm under pressure

* A sense of humour and some experience working with the general public are also desirable.

Our client is an accredited UK Living Wage employer, and employees are also entitled to join the NHS Pension Scheme.

Salary: c. £23,800 for FT

Hours: A fixed rota, but a mix of am and pm shifts are required. The Practice is open 8 am – 8 pm Monday – Thursday and 8 am – 6.30 pm Friday
