Role Overview:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Optima Plus Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing quality, reliable candidates. Your day-to-day activities will involve extensive phone communication, administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of recruitment processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background and a knack for organization to develop their career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
* Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and direct applications.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the company’s CRM system.
* Handle administrative duties, including scheduling interviews, sending out correspondence, and updating job postings.
* Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to meet targets and deadlines.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous.
* Skills: Strong telephone communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
* Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using recruitment software or CRM systems.
