We are working with a family-run business in Cowley who due are looking to recruit a driven and passionate Customer Relations Executive to join their small team.

As Customer Relations Executive, you will be managing client relationships, while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
This is an excellent role if progression and autonomy is important to you. Our client is eager to find an individual who wants to make this role their own, manage their workday and thrive!

The salary on offer is up to ?28,000, with a favourable commission structure in place to encourage new business opportunities!

Responsibilities include:
. Generate leads for prospects and follow up
. Establish strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction
. Attend networking events to spread brand awareness
. Promote and sell services to new and existing clients
. Record all correspondence and sales on bespoke company CRM
. Work towards key performance indicators to drive sales activity

Requirements for the role:
. Experience in a customer-facing role
. Sales experience is preferable, but not essential! You must be eager to learn.
. The ability to manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
