Location: Plymouth, UK
Shift Pattern: 11am – 11pm, 3 days on/3 days off (night shift available if wanted)
Salary: £36,000 + 32% day shift allowance

Your Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will:
Provide expert technical support to resolve complex equipment faults.
Mentor and develop Production Technicians in fault diagnosis and technology use.
Use cutting-edge tools such as Allen Bradley PLCs, robotics, vision inspection systems, and more to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
Lead small process improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
Support new equipment installation and startup efforts.
About You:
Hands-on experience in high-volume assembly and manufacturing.
Technical aptitude with a background in hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and servo systems.
Proficient in IT systems, including SAP, for fault diagnosis and maintenance.
A positive communicator with patience and enthusiasm for mentoring others.
