Brook Street are working with our established client to strengthen their financial services team by finding a Financial Accounts Assistant. Role - Financial Accounts Assistant

Pay Rate - £11.44-£12.31 per hour

Location - Office Based in Nottinghamshire (NG8)

Duration - Temporary to permanent position

Role Responsibilities -

Working as a Financial Accounts Assistant you will be working with experienced finance professionals, learning from them and assisting with the day to day running of the accounts team.

Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
Assisting with administrative tasks to support senior members of the team.
Attending internal meetings as required.

Candidate Requirements -

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following attributes.

Knowledge and understanding of the financial services processes.
Experience in a finance environment.
Use of financial ledger and reporting packages.
Excellent communication skills with colleagues and external entities of all levels.
Able to work in the office 5 days per week.
