REF 0019 – NURSE LIAISON RGN (DOMICILIARY CARE) – CHELSEA AREA - £50,000 BASE SALARY + BENEFITS – GOOD RATED

Forest Care Selection are currently working with a unique homecare business that delivers a variety of care and nursing services. This well established and quality focused organisation is seeking a Nurse Liaison to work within an established care and clinical team for a unique and specialist homecare provider in the Chelsea area.

The Nurse Liaison will:

* Perform assessments and ensure the robust management of care packages.

* Perform spot checks and follow ups and reviews of care and clinical packages.

* Support with clinical enquiries.

* Complete risk assessments.

* Maintain strong relationships with service users and families.

The Nurse Liaison will need:

* To hold a general nursing qualification with active PIN.

* Have experience of supervising nursing and care teams and ideally within a homecare setting.

* Performing assessments in a community or domiciliary setting.

* Understanding of CQC regulations.

* Excellent time management skills.

* Excellent IT skills.

* The ability to promote the organisation and its unique care provision.

* A commercial mindset.
