Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour

Shift Pattern: Ad hoc

Contract: Temporary

Your Role:

As a Reception Assistant, you will be the welcoming face of our facilities, ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing ticket and Customer Card issues
Processing cash transactions using a computerised till system
Maintaining daily cash reports
Booking facility entries while adhering to audit guidelines
Assisting with membership inquiries and applications
Responding to general public inquiries, both in person and by phoneWhat We're Looking For:

Strong customer service skills
Experience in cash handling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
