Hales Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support our client in Lowestoft. This is a great opportunity to join a well established business in Lowestoft who are known for their inclusive & supportive working environment.
Duties will include:
• Handling inbound customer calls, addressing any concerns, complaints and queries promptly.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate department or specialist when issues require further assistance
• Provide clear response to customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
What are we looking for:
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is desirable
• Ability to assess situations, identify issues and provide effective solutions quickly and efficiently.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Customer Service Advisor
40 hours per week ( 5 out of 7 days - standard hours of 9:00am-5:30pm but must be flexible between 8:00am-8:00pm during company’s peak times)
£23,795.20 Per Annum
