Are you a Regional Operations Manager or similar with sales coaching experience in a business to business environment, looking to a business with an international reach and billion pound turnover, where you can directly make an impact on the success of a rapidly growing group of franchises?

On offer is the opportunity to coach and mentor franchise owners as a the go to technical expert whilst receiving ongoing training and support from superiors.

In this role you will be involved in the hands on coaching and mentoring of a group of franchise owners with the aim of enabling their success and pushing for growth. This will include sales coaching, monitoring profit and loss and doing frequent franchise visits.

This role would suit an Area Sales Manager or similar from a franchise background, looking to join a global provider that presents exciting opportunities for progression.
