Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Industrial/Commercial New Build

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major industrial/commercial new build project from inception to completion. This project is project is valued at circa £20Mil. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that time, cost, and quality objectives are met. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and be the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. This is with a strong main contractor who are well-established within the industrial sector.

Requirements:

* Proven track record delivering new build industrial/commercial from cradle to grave

* Pre-construction (PCSA) and procurement experience

* Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, industry best practices and guidelines

* Strong leadership and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Leadership: Oversee and manage all stages of the new build project, ensuring successful delivery within budget, on schedule, and to the highest standards

* Pre-construction experience is neccesary for this position

* Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

* Team Coordination: Lead, mentor, and manage on-site and remote teams, ensuring all roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and coordinated effectively.

* Risk and Compliance: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Quality Control: Maintain quality assurance protocols and implement control measures to uphold high standards in construction, delivery, and project handover.

* Health & Safety: overall responsibility for health and safety practices, porcedures and attitudes on-site
