The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for an Audio Visual Events Technician to work for a leading company in Northern Ireland.

Your tasks will be to ensure the installation, the running of the material and the dismantling  of all Audio Visual and Lighting systems for corporate conferences, gala dinners, exhibitions, festivals, shows etc. You will be responsible for maintaining quality levels and standards.

You will work closely with the team to validate the technical choices required by clients, ensuring efficient and cost effective solutions are used. You will be a team player who makes things happen and keeps calm under pressure!

Based in Belfast salary will be commensurate on your experience.

Your Skills and experience

You must have excellent technical knowledge of AV systems; ideally in corporate and event applications, with up to date knowledge of the latest AV products, including sound systems, projectors, video conferencing systems, video coverage, lighting, etc.

You will be a problem solver who can provide creative solutions to technical issues with an emphasis on the requirements of the end-user. As a technician you will work as an active member of the events team and your ability to handle stress would be appreciated.

You will also work in the hire department to ensure any hire equipment is ready and working for your client.

Excellent communication skills are required and you must have a valid driving licence.
