This is a new position – a hybrid role which calls for a careful administrator blended with that of an up-and-coming trade marketeer.
Job Role:

Receiving and sending registered postal items.
*
Processing stock orders and dealing with trusted suppliers.
*
Proactive and responsive when dealing with customer phone calls / emails.
*
Able to converse with clientele incoming sales enquiries though to securing orders.
*
Completing when required export documentation ( ATA Carnet )
*
Organising trade shows / meetings and other general admin tasks.
*
Creation of through to release of new approved marketing campaigns.
Key Requirements:
*
Possess a good standard of the English language.
*
Be a careful administrator ever conscious of the need for accuracy.
*
Demonstrate some basic photography skills.
*
Already embarked upon developing your social media marketing understanding.
*
Have a willingness to enhance and grow fast your marketing capabilities.
