An exciting opportunity has arisen within JMC Aviation, the world's leading Aviation Engineering, Training & recruitment business.
We are looking to recruit a new Onsite Recruitment Consultant based in Manchester, to provide support in the sourcing and management of candidates to fulfil client requirements as well as being responsible for overseeing their own account with a focus on clearly understanding client needs.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary from £30,000 - £35,000

The responsibilities of the Onsite Recruitment Consultant will involve:
- Leading by example - working with pride and delivering a quality service to all
- Writing appropriate and effective adverts for live vacancies on relevant advertising sites
- Sourcing potential candidates for specified roles through the short listing of candidates
- Identifying and match correct C.Vs to specific roles
- Informing candidate of interview process
- Managing candidate through recruitment process (incl. screening, interview preparation/feedback etc.)
- Performing Employment References, Eligibility and Criminal Convictions checks
- Submitting C.Vs to Client accounts
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients and candidates
- Prioritising workloads
- Effectively demonstrate “best practices” and promote brand awareness where possible
- Updating the database with ongoing activity
- Following internal compliancy procedures
- Managing Client accounts as instructed by the Line Manager
- Supporting and promoting teamwork with other divisions/areas within JMC
- Performing other duties as directed by Line Manager
In order to be successful in this role, the Onsite Recruitment Consultant will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Proven experience working as a recruiter (all industry sectors considered)
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Being able to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own work
- Attention to detail is essential
- Professional telephone manner
- Flexibility within the role
- Customer focus
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understood
- Able to provide guidance and direction to other members within the Recruitment Teams
- Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems
