Role Purpose
Responsible for administrating ex-store, ex-mill and delivered contracts. To assist with customer requests and support with stock taking.
Your Responsibilities
* To administer ex-store, ex-mill and delivered contracts.
* To assist with customer enquiries and requests
* To issue sales and delivery invoices
* To enter collections and other stock transactions onto bespoke IT systems
* Recording of storage rent invoices and purchase invoices.
* Stock reconciliations
* Covering other team members and assisting in their duties
Your Profile
* Experience in an office/commercial environment
* Educated to A’ Level standard or equivalent standard.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office. Intermediate level in Word and Excel.
* Accurate data entry skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Team player, with the ability to build relationships
* Reliable and has the ability to manage own workload
* Good problem solving skills
