As Customer Fulfilment Coordinator based in Ripon (HG4 1SL) you will be responsible for:
Supporting our valued customers by processing orders over the phone, email and online customer portals
Liaising with other teams and our internal branch network to check stock and delivery timelines
Answering general queries
Building a great rapport with internal and external stakeholders
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Customer service experience would be advantageous
Enthusiastic with an eagerness to learn
Great team player
This is a full-time permanent position 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8am - 12pm (paid overtime). We offer hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
